IG London was founded in the aftermath of the financial crisis as an investment management agency assisting private investors and institutions from Germany, Austria and Switzerland in securing assets in the property sector in London.

The firm has evolved into a cross border investment and asset management business serving investors from the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandanavia. Our advice recognises both the unique requirements of our Investors and the characteristics and sensitivites of the individual domestic market.

The executive management of IG London have been successfully concluding transactions across Europe for the last 25 years. Our in-depth understanding allows us to give international investors a single platform from which to access local property markets.


Services

We provide advice on all aspects of the sourcing, securing and financing of the property assets targeted by our investors. Our financing activities cover debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, equity and joint venture arrangements.

IG London’s group companies currently have more than twenty assets under management in the UK and Germany.

We serve the Scandinavian, Austrian and Swiss markets via our corporate network. Our focus is predominantly though not exclusively on the larger conurbations and metropolitan areas.
